Kick The Diet 10 Week Group Slimming Clubs

This is a unique slimming programme using proven methods of hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), education around nutrition, exercise and activity that WILL change the way you feel and think about eating and food forever and assist you to lose weight WITHOUT DIETING.

Body Detox Workshop Programme

Our faster moving lifestyles could be making our bodies toxic but is this a problem?
