An 8 week programme is a great way to re-programme your mind and create new patterns to get the results you want.

Programme outline;

  • 8 evenings of group workshops including group coaching, visualisation, Neorolingustic programme tools, heal your life processes, exercise and nutrition education.
  • 2 full days (often weekends but not together) to work on change, goal setting, motivation, self image and confidence
  • 2 activity sessions to ensure optimal use of exercise in order to achieve goals
  • 1 one to one coaching session with a facilitator
  • A growth workbook to create change between workshops
