Programme outline;
8 evenings of group workshops including group coaching, visualisation, Neorolingustic programme tools, heal your life processes, exercise and nutrition education.
2 full days (often weekends but not together) to work on change, goal setting, motivation, self image and confidence
2 activity sessions to ensure optimal use of exercise in order to achieve goals
1 one to one coaching session with a facilitator
