Kick the diet is a unique programme which addresses the emotions around eating, behaviour patterns, lifestyle and activity and how this effects our health, body composition and weight.

It uses Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) tools to break belief patterns that are no longer working for you, life coaching to establish clarity on what it is you really want and why you haven’t got it yet. It uses hypnotherapy techniques to change unconscious behaviour patterns and visulisation to establish the changes you want. In addition there is interactive education about nutrition and activity.

Workshops  included in the programme are:

  • Clarity on goals and what you actually want, how to get there
  • The effects of restrictive eating and over eating
  • Barriers stopping you from getting what you want
  • The physical and mental effect of food
