Alison realised many “bad” eating and activity habits people have are generally deep rooted at a psychological level. Only by understanding these are people then able to get the results they want long term. “It’s a bit like taking a pain killer for a headache, it masks the pain but doesn’t actually solve the problem”
Through combining her knowledge and understanding of why people eat, Alison has developed a varied range of programmes including 1 to 1 coaching, progressive slimming clubs and slimming clinics throughout South and West Yorkshire
